ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On October 6, 1999, an agent from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, entered the establishment known as Campbell's
Truck Stop, at 2006 Saluda Road, Chester, South Carolina, and conducted an inspection that revealed no owner identification
attached to the video poker machine with license number 30011579 (exp. 05/00), at a place visible for inspection. The South
Carolina Department of Revenue ("Department") informed Coley, Inc., that it intended to assess a penalty of $500 for this violation.
The Respondent requested a contested hearing before this Court, which was scheduled for July 18, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. The
Department requested, on July 17, 2000, without objection from the Respondent, and was granted by this Court, a continuance so the
parties could work on a settlement. The parties have negotiated a settlement of this contested matter. The Respondent agrees to pay
the penalty of $500.
This matter is before the Court upon motion of both parties requesting this matter be dismissed, with prejudice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BASED UPON THE CONSENT OF BOTH PARTIES, IT IS ORDERED, JUDGE AND DECREED THAT
THIS MATTER BE AND HEREBY DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
