ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On January
6, 2004, a letter was received from T. Jefferson Smith, sole protestant in the above referenced case
wherein he is withdrawing his protest in this matter due to Petitioner having met all statutory
requirements. A copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. There being
no further controversy,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed, and the hearing
scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., is canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
