ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
At the close of Respondent’s case in the December 2, 2003 hearing of the above-captioned
matter, the parties agreed to a settlement of this case, and the terms of the settlement were read into
the record in open court at that hearing. Pursuant to Rule 43(k), SCRCP, as applied under ALJD
Rule 68, these settlement terms resolve all disputes in the case at hand and are binding upon the
parties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, pursuant to the parties’ settlement, this matter is
DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
