ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter arose on the Petitioner Ocean Ambulatory Surgery Center's request for contested case review of a decision by
the Respondent Department of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC") to amend a license issued to the Respondent
Grand Strand Urology Surgery Center (n/k/a Parkway Surgery Center).
It now appears that this matter has been resolved through Petitioner's agreement to have its Petition voluntarily dismissed
through this Consent Order of Dismissal.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed forever with prejudice.
