ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On September 14, 2006, the parties to the above-captioned case submitted
a stipulation to this Court requesting that this case be voluntarily dismissed
with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(B), SCRCP, and ALC Rule 68. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
