In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated July 27, 1999, Arlene Hand, Attorney for Respondent, notified this tribunal that
Petitioner voluntarily surrendered his temporary beer and wine permit to the Department and advised her that he wishes to
withdraw his request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
