In a telephone conversation with this office on October 23, 2003, and by a letter dated
October 29, 2003, Petitioner notified this tribunal that it wishes to withdraw its request for a
contested case hearing in the above-captioned matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
