ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard Monday, October 5, 1998, at
the Pickens County Courthouse, Pickens, South Carolina. This office received a letter from
Randy Keasler, Pastor of Westminster Baptist Church, stating that he wished to withdraw his
protest regarding Michael Jones, Jr., Eckerd Corp. d/b/a Eckerd Drugs # 8045. As Pastor
Keasler is the sole Protestant in this matter, a hearing is no longer necessary. Finding good
cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
