ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard August 4, 1998, at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. This office received a letter
dated August 4, 1998, from Mr. Barry Krell, attorney for the Petitioner, stating that the
Petitioner was withdrawing her application to renew her Beer, Wine and Liquor license. They
therefore asked for a dismissal of this proceeding. All parties consented to the dismissal.
Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
