ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Arlene D. Hand, attorney for the Respondent,
by her letter dated September 11, 1997. Ms. Hand states in her letter that the Petitioner has
paid all of his outstanding tax liabilities to both the South Carolina Department of Revenueand
the Federal Government.
As the Petitioner has satisfied all of his tax obligations, the Respondent requests that
the hearing be canceled. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
