The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard on August 5, 1997. This office
received a letter dated July 25, 1997, from Ken Allen, attorney for the Respondent, stating that
his client has elected to go out of business and that the permit involved was surrendered to the
Columbia DOR office. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above case be dismissed.
