ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner Fernando Mejia applied for an on-premises beer
and wine permit (AI 111920). The application was protested and a hearing was scheduled for
July 15, 1997 at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. However,
by letter filed June 9, 1997, which is attached and incorporated by reference, counsel for
petitioner informed this tribunal that petitioner withdraws his application and moves this tribunal
for a dismissal of the above-captioned matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 1997 at
10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
