ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It now
appears that Petitioner wishes to withdraw the request for a contested case hearing, and moves the
Division for an Order dismissing the case.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed, and the hearing
scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2003, at 9:30 a. m., is hereby canceled.
