ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner seeks a contested case hearing in this matter pursuant to the protest of his renewal
application for a retail liquor license. The Respondent made a Motion to be Excused from appearing at the hearing
or participating in this proceeding at the administrative hearing level. Afterwards, the sole Protestant, Columbia
Housing Authority, notified this office in a letter dated October 28, 1996, and signed by Rodney H. Fauser,
Executive Director, that they no longer protest this application. Finding good cause,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
