ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The protest to Petitioner's application for an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI #109808) in
this matter has been withdrawn. The Court received a letter dated December 13, 1996, from the
sole protestant in this matter, Captain Ray Fousek of the Anderson Police Department, indicating
that he wishes to withdraw his protest to the issuance of a beer and wine permit to Robert L.
Edwards. Captain Fousek's letter is incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Revenue issue the
on-premises beer and wine permit (AI #10908) applied for upon Petitioner's payment of the
prescribed fee and bond.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
96-ALJ-17-0431-CC is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
