ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On June
18, 1996, a letter was received from Stephanie Hunter, paralegal for Suzanne E. Coe, Attorney for
the Petitioner, stating, "I am writing to withdraw Mr. Bouye's application for a hearing. The
corporation has named a new president and that person has applied for the license. Please inform the
Judge that we will not attend (the hearing) and that we withdraw our request (for a hearing)."
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and no hearing
will be held upon this matter.
