ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division and is scheduled for a hearing
on March 2, 2000. By his letter dated February 25, 2000, the Petitioner informs the Court that he is no
longer interested in pursuing this contested case. Therefore, for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED
that the hearing on this contested case is cancelled and this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
