ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May 12, 1999, a letter was received from E. Wade Mullins, III, Attorney for Petitioner, stating ". . .This is to advise that Oconee Memorial Hospital requests that its appeal of DHEC’s exemption determination for Mountainview Radiology be withdrawn and that the contested case be dismissed".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
