ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Respondent Georgetown Memorial Hospital submitted and application to Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control ("Department") for a Certificate of Need (CON) to construct a forty (40) bed hospital in Murrells Inlet to be known as Waccamaw Neck Hospital. On March 26, 1999, the Department issued its proposed decision approving Respondent Georgetown Memorial Hospital's CON application. On April 5, 1999, Petitioners, Conway Hospital and Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, as affected persons, timely filed a Request for Contested Case Hearing with the Department challenging its decision.

Upon motion of Petitioners, by and with the consent of the Respondents, the Request for Contested Case Hearing is withdrawn, and therefore, this contested case is hereby dismissed.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
