ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On January
5, 1999, Susan A. Lake, Attorney for Petitioner notified the Division that the Department has issued
an exemption to the Petitioner, Springs Memorial Hospital, and the Petitioner wishes to withdraw its
appeal.
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
