ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, on December 23, 1997, Nancy S. Layman, Attorney for
Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, filed a Motion to
Withdraw Agency Transmittal Form. In her Motion, counsel states that Petitioners are
requesting a reconsideration of the Department's decision and not a contested case hearing.
Counsel states that the Agency Transmittal form was submitted in error.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed.
