ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division on the request of QHG of South
Carolina, d/b/a Carolinas Hospital System (QHG) to dismiss the above-captioned contested case
proceeding pursuant S.C. Code Ann.§ 44-7-110, et seq. for a Certificate of Need for Tuomey
Regional Medical Center.
By letter dated October 5, 1995, the Petitioner has withdrawn its request for reconsideration of a
Certificate of Need and for a hearing. By withdrawing the request, it appears that no further
action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced-case is DISMISSED.
