ORDER OF DISMISSAL AS TO MEDIFORCE HOME HEALTH AGENCY
This matter comes before the Court on motion to dismiss the appeal in the above-captioned
contested case proceeding. It appearing to the Court that these parties, through their undersigned
counsel, consent to the dismissal of the appeal in this contested case;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the appeal of the Mediforce
Home Health Agency is dismissed with prejudice;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
