This matter is before me on motion of Ronald C. Scott, Attorney for Petitioner Professional
Home Nursing, Inc., dated March 11, 1996, to withdraw its petition for a contested case hearing
in the above matter. All parties in this matter have consented to the motion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the appeal filed by Petitioner Professional Home Nursing,
Inc., is dismissed, and they are hereby deleted as a party of record in this proceeding.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
