ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a request by
Healthmaster Home Healthcare for a hearing. The Petitioner appeals the decision by the South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to approve the application of National
Health Care, LP, d/b/a NHC Home Care for a Certificate of Need to establish a home health
agency in Laurens County, South Carolina. The Petitioner, in a letter dated August 15, 1995,
withdraws its request for an appeal into this matter. By withdrawing that request, it appears that
no further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED that the above referenced matter is DISMISSED.
