Whereas, all petitioners contesting the Certificate of Need approved by the South

Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for a magnetic resonance imaging unit for Charleston Physicians Imaging Center (CPIC) have withdrawn;

Now, therefore, by and with the consent of all parties, on motion of Gerald A. Kaynard, attorney for Respondent, Charleston Physicians Imaging Center, and with the consent of Cheryl H. Bullard, attorney for Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the South Carolina Department of

Health and Environmental Control issue the Certificate of Need for a magnetic resonance imaging unit to Charleston Physicians Imaging Center; and it is further





ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this case be dismissed with prejudice.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
