CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me on motion of Jasper Hospital, Inc. for an order dismissing the present contested case with
prejudice. It appearing to the Court that the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Hilton
Head Medical Center and Clinics have consented to Jasper Hospital, Inc.'s motion to dismiss,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this contested case is hereby dismissed with prejudice,
and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control is directed to issue the certificate of need in this
case upon receipt of this signed Order.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
