ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated October 28, 2002, and an accompanying proposed order of dismissal,
Michael Molony, attorney for Respondent Upstate Medical Imaging, LLC, notified this tribunal that Respondent Upstate
Medical Imaging has withdrawn its request for a determination of non-applicability by the South Carolina Department of
Health and Environmental Control. As the withdrawal renders this matter moot, Respondent Upstate Medical Imaging
therefore requests that this case be dismissed. Further, the other parties do not object to this dismissal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
