ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter and by notice dated May 1, 2002, Tri-County Home Health Care and Services, Inc. (Tri-County)
informed the parties and the Administrative Law Judge Division of Tri-County's decision to withdraw its
request for a contested case. Given that Tri-County has now withdrawn its request and given that no
other party remains to dispute the actions taken by the South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control, no controversy remains for decision.
THEREFORE, this matter is dismissed and the case is ended.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
