ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-referenced matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division on November 9, 2001. On August 21,
2002, the parties collectively filed a "Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice" in which the parties set forth that they
"hereby stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of the above-captioned action, with each party bearing its own attorneys'
fees and costs." Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
