ORDER
This matter is before me pursuant to Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing before the Administrative Law Judge
Division ("Division"). On May 3, 2002, a "Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice" was filed with the Division whereby
Petitioner, upon stipulation of the Parties, dismissed the above captioned cause with prejudice. Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is stricken from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
