ORDERS:

CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division upon motion of Petitioner Southeastern Youth Academy d/b/a Carolina Youth Academy ("Southeastern"), and by way of consent of counsel for Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC") and Respondent Palmetto Pee Dee Behavioral Health, L.L.C. ("Palmetto Pee Dee"), to dismiss two (2) contested case proceedings because Petitioner has determined to withdraw from these actions.



Inasmuch as the parties herein have consented to the dismissal of these cases with prejudice as evidenced by the signatures below, I hereby grant the motion to dismiss the two (2) contested case proceedings pending before the Division as Docket Nos. 01-ALJ-07-0207-CC and 01-ALJ-07-0208-CC with prejudice.



AND IT IS SO ORDERED.



IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party will bear its own legal and other costs incurred in connection with these matters.
