ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to Agency Transmittal Forms filed March 2, 2001.
In Docket No. 01-ALJ-07-0118-CC, Petitioner filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's
decision to grant the certificate of need application for HealthSouth for MRI and CT services. In Docket No. 01-ALJ-07-0119-CC, Petitioner filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's decision to grant the certificate
of need application for Greenville Radiology for the renovation and addition of an MRI. In Docket No. 01-ALJ-07-0120-CC, Petitioner filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's decision to grant the certificate of
need application for Greenville Hospital Systems for renovations and the addition of a third fixed MRI scanner. By letter
dated October 16, 2001, counsel for Petitioner indicated Petitioner wished to withdraw its requests for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that these cases are dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
