ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on December
20, 2000. On July 18, 2001, Stuart M. Andrews, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a letter with the Division in
which he set forth that the Petitioner "intends to and hereby does withdraw its request" for a contested case
hearing. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
