ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a protest
made of R.T.W. Meyer's application of a beer and wine permit. Since receiving the South Carolina
Department of Revenue and Taxation's transmittal concerning the Petition by R. T. W. Meyer, our
office received a letter by the sole Protestant,, Reverend R. L. Grove, dropping the protest into this
matter. A. Delores Hand, attorney for the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation,
informed our office that the Department has no objection to the Petitioner receiving his beer and wine
permit.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
