ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This matter comes before the me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310 et seq. (Supp. 1995)
for a hearing pursuant to the application of Mary L. Anderson, A Touch of Class Social Club. The
applicant seeks an on-premise beer and wine permit (AI 104291) for 1120 Hampton Avenue Ext.,
Greenville County, South Carolina.
Notice of the date, time, place and nature of the hearing was timely given to all parties and
the two protestants of record. Prior to the hearing Mt. Moriah Holiness Church submitted a letter
to the Court withdrawing their protest. The hearing was held on January 17, 1996, at the
Administrative Law Judge Division offices. The one remaining protestant failed to appear at the
hearing or to make a Motion for a Continuance, thereby, waiving his protest. After reviewing the file,
and the evidence contained therein with the applicant, I have determined that all statutory provisions
have been complied with for the issuance of the permit. Further, there being no opposition of record
to the Petitioner's application, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to
process the application of Mary L. Anderson, A Touch of Class Social Club, for an on-premise beer
and wine permit at 1120 Hampton Avenue Ext., Greenville County, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
