ORDER AND DECISION
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner, Barbara T. McCleod, applied for an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 104217). The application was protested and a hearing was
scheduled for November 3, 1995 at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South
Carolina. However, by letter received October 31, 1995, petitioner moved this tribunal for a
dismissal of the above-captioned matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on November 3,
1995 is canceled and this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
