ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310, et seq. (Supp.
1994) for a hearing pursuant to the application of Kaye E. Johnson, d/b/a Flamingo's Restaurant
and Lounge. The applicant seeks an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 103 641) for 1727
Blue Ridge Boulevard, Seneca, South Carolina.
After timely notice, a hearing was held at the Administrative Law Judge Division on
August 23, 1995 in Columbia, South Carolina. Gordon Roberts and Barbara Roberts, the
protestants of record, failed to appear at the hearing, thereby, waiving their protest. Therefore,
there is no opposition of record to the petitioner's application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to
process the application of Kaye E. Johnson for an on-premises beer and wine permit at 1727 Blue
Ridge Boulevard, Seneca, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
