ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated June 30, 1995, the Protestant, Carolyn D.
Estridge, advised the Administrative Law Judge Division that she has withdrawn her protest to
the issuance of an off-premises beer and wine permit (AI 103627) to Richard G. Bowers, K P
Foods, Inc., d/b/a Kershaw IGA Foodliner. Upon withdrawal of this protest, there is no
opposition to the Petitioner's application, therefore, a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department
of Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of Richard G. Bowers for an off-premises beer and wine permit.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
