ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court was advised on June 8, 1995, by Paul V. Cannarella, Attorney for Petitioner,
that Ms. Dixon is withdrawing her application for a beer/wine permit (AI #103206) and sale and
consumption license (AI #103207). Hearing in the above matter is scheduled for July 18, 1995, at
9:30 a.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 18, 1995, at
9:30 a.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-17-0358-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
