ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310, et seq. (Supp.
1994) for a hearing pursuant to the application of Wanda G. Luna, d/b/a Jackpots Sports Saloon.
The applicant seeks an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 102 630) for 2601 East Main Street,
Suite 16, Webber Square, Spartanburg, South Carolina.
After timely notice, a hearing was held at the Administrative Law Judge Division on June
26, 1995 in Columbia, South Carolina. Lynda K. Elliot, the protestant of record, failed to appear
at the hearing, thereby, waiving her protest. Therefore, there is no opposition of record to the
petitioner's application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department
of Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of Wanda G. Luna for an on-premises beer and wine permit at 2601 East Main Street, Suite 16, Webber Square, Spartanburg,
South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
