ORDER
The Court received a copy of a letter dated May 9, 1995, from Howard Bookard,
Petitioner in the above matter. It appears that Petitioner has withdrawn his application for a
business sale and consumption license (AI #101594). Hearing in the above matter is scheduled
for May 16, 1995, at 2:30 p.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing in the above matter scheduled for
May 16, 1995, at 2:30 p.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case bearing Docket
Number 95-ALJ-17-0173-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
