ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above captioned matter, the Respondent has advised the Administrative Law Judge
Division, by letter dated April 10, 1995, that the Protestant, Anthony L. Weston, has withdrawn
his protest to the issuance of the on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 101894) to Reginald Hall,
d/b/a Washington's Market. Upon withdrawal of this protest, there is no opposition to the
Petitioner's application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for April 24, 1995, at 3:30
p.m. is hereby cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Revenue and
Taxation issue the on-premises beer and wine permit applied for upon payment of the required
fee(s) and cost(s) by the Petitioner.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
