ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter was scheduled before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to S.C.
Code Ann. Section 61-9-320 for a hearing on the application of Henry L. Clowney d/b/a Pap's Place
for a beer and wine permit at 510 Foster Street in Union, South Carolina. The hearing was scheduled
for February 21, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. Mr. R.K. Roark, Director of the Union Public Safety
Department was the only Protestant in the above-captioned case.
Based upon discussions and settlement between the parties, the Protestant has withdrawn its
objections to the issuance of a beer and wine permit. The South Carolina Department of Revenue
and Taxation is requesting without objection that the scheduled hearing be cancelled and the case
dismissed. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the hearing scheduled for February 21, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. is cancelled and
the case is DISMISSED.
