ORDERS:
ORDER
The Court received a letter dated February 15, 1995, from the protestant, Gussie A.
Needle, in the above captioned matter withdrawing his protest to the beer and wine permit
application, the business sale and consumption license application and the alcoholic liqueurs
license application (AI #101719, AI #101720, and AI #101721 respectively) of Laurie M. Angell,
d/b/a New York Prime.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Revenue and
Taxation issue the permit and licenses applied for upon Petitioner's payment of the prescribed
fee(s) and bond(s).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
