ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appearing that the sole protestant in the matter, Mary J. Byrd, wishes to withdraw her protest,
pursuant to her motion in the attached letter dated January 7, 1995. Now therefore, by motion of
the protestant,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
