ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter arises out of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division’s notice of
intent to revoke the Respondent’s security registration. The court previously
scheduled a contested case hearing in this matter for September 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. The parties have since advised the court that this matter has been
resolved. By letter dated September 12, 2006, Mr. Woodson withdrew his request for a contested case hearing. It is therefore
ORDERED that the contested case hearing scheduled for September 13, 2006 is cancelled. It is further
ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
