The above-referenced matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on October 7, 2002. On
November 12, 2002, Robert S. Pattillo, the sole Protestant in this matter, filed a letter with the Division in which he set
forth that he wished to withdraw his protest of the issuance of the Petitioner's sale and consumption license. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
