ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Agency Transmittal Form filed June 26, 2002,
regarding the administrative denial of Petitioner's application for an on-premises beer and wine permit and a sale and
consumption license. A hearing was held on August 27, 2002. Subsequent to the hearing and prior to an Order being
issued, Petitioner thorough its President, Rebecca Waters, filed a letter with this office on August 30, 2002. The letter
stated that she wished to withdraw the application request. Therefore, this case is dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
