ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March 22, 2002, a letter was received from the only named Protestant in this case, Reverend Norman E. Mitchell, stating that he is withdrawing his protest. A copy of said letter is attached hereto and made a part of this Order. The Department of Revenue (DOR), stated in its Agency Transmittal dated February 27, 2002, that DOR would have issued the license except for the license having been protested. There being no further controversy in this matter, and no issue to be decided,



IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2002, is hereby canceled, and the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed due to this license not being protested.



AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
